  1. In a saucepan on medium heat, combine all the ingredients for the pandan layer and cook until combined and dissolved.
  2. Pour the pandan mixture into a mold. Let set slightly while you work on another layer.
  3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 for the coffee layer and coconut layer.
  4. After filling the molds with all the layers, chill it in the refrigerator until firm and cold. Serve.
