  1. To prepare:
  2. -add chopped bacon to a pan on medium high heat and cook for 8-10 minutes
  3. - remove from pan and set aside
  4. - add onion and garlic to pan and cook for 8-10 minutes on medium low heat
  5. - add coffee, tamari, acv, bacon and maple syrup (simmer for 3-5 minutes).
  6. - ass toast slices to oven and cook until golden
  7. -spread on toast points.
