Vanilla Ice Cream
This high protein, ice cream only calls for three ingredients, it’s delicious, it’s healthy, and you don’t have to hide it from your kids. It’s the perfect afternoon snack or after dinner treat. You can trick your kids into thinking they’re eating ice cream, but really they’re having a high protein treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Agave Nectar Syrup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Almond Milk

- And a blender, add all three ingredients and blend until it’s thick and creamy. Pour into an airtight container to put in the freezer. Top with sprinkles if you desire.
- You can also add anything like chocolate chips, or nuts, anything you like in your ice cream!
