Vegan FOYO Chocolate Chip Edible Flower Cubes

Ingredients
- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Edible Flowers, organic recommended
- 12 fl oz12 fl oz12 fl oz Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
- 12 oz12 oz12 oz Coconut Milk Yogurt, Vanilla recommended
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, Recommended Pascha 85% Chocolate
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add edible flowers to cube tray bottom.
- Mix the yogurt and condensed milk together in a bowl whisking to combine.
- Add chips and mix well.
- Fill cube with mixture making sure to remove excess.
- Freeze overnight.
- Remove & enjoy!
Notes
Store in freezer vs refrigerator for a cool summer treat. You are certainly welcome to eat the flowers or simply remove them prior to enjoying this delicious treat. Add Vegan food coloring to make it even more festive.
