Zombie Fingers
As Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, we go all out with even the simplest of snacks. It’s important for me that our kids have a healthy relationship with food, so I find it’s always easy to get them to eat healthy if I make it fun in the kitchen. These snacks take just a few minutes to assemble, are super simple, and get Liv & Sawyer excited for snack time (and Halloween!!).
Ingredients
- 222 Mozzarella String Cheese
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Full Fat Cream Cheese, Can also sub with hummus
- 222 Baby Bell Peppers
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cut a mozzarella cheese stick in half
- Use a pairing knife to make indentations for the “finger” wrinkles
- Cut out finger nails from mini sweet peppers
- Attach with a dab of cream cheese or hummus. Enjoy!
