I am a home-grown recipe creative who is also a mom to 5 boys and a former Advanced Level Whole30 Certified Coach. I love making easy Whole30 & Paleo recipes for my family of 7 – we have eaten Paleo-ish as a family for 6 years.
My background is a BS in Exercise Physiology and I am a Certified Personal Trainer with many aerobics certifications – but I left that to focus on the food we eat when I realized how much it can change our health.
We live just north of Sacramento, CA and when not in the kitchen can often be found hiking, camping, and adventuring.
