Andy is a gluten-free flight attendant living in Raleigh, North Carolina. He grew up on the beautiful island of Jamaica, which serves as the inspiration behind his recipes. His grandmother taught him almost everything he knows about food; and because his grandfather was a butcher, he has long been connected to where food comes from. After dealing with multiple chronic conditions and not feeling his best through college, he discovered the Paleo lifestyle as well as Whole30. This, along with being diagnosed with celiac disease, he became inspired to try new things and think outside the box when it came to food.
