Amy Rains is the nutritionist, blogger, author, recipe developer, and food photographer behind Wholesomelicious. She spends most of the day in the kitchen, usually in yoga pants and a baseball cap, creating wholesome and delicious (“Wholesomelicious!”) recipes for her family to enjoy, and to share with her readers! As a nutritionist, she is passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle, and helping others learn that food can be both nutrient dense and delicious! Her favorite time of day is at the dining room table with her husband and 2 kids. When not in the kitchen, Amy is in the classroom at the College of William & Mary as a Nutrition Professor.
