- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cornstarch

- Preheat the oven to 350°F/177°C. Butter a 9x9-inch baking dish and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the butter and mix until crumbly. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the cherries, apples, sugar, zest, lemon juice, and cornstarch until evenly combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer. Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the filling.

Notes
Best Baking Apples: Fuji, Braeburn, Honeycrisp, Jonagold, and Granny Smith apples are all great options. You can mix and match the apples to your preference. Large Batch: Double the recipe and bake in a 9x13 baking pan. Increase baking time to 40-45 minutes. Storage: Store leftover crumble covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
