Maple Balsamic Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts

- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
- 3 - 4 cloves3 - 4 cloves3 - 4 cloves Garlic, sliced
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pecans, halved
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Original Craisins, or Raisins
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Start with prepping your Brussels sprouts - slice off the stems, remove the bruised outer leaves, and cut the Brussels sprouts in half (or quarters, if larger).
- In the meantime, preheat your oven at 425°F.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt and pepper. Arrange them on a baking sheet and roast them for 10 mins.
- Give them a good toss, add sliced garlic, halved pecans and craisins (dried cranberries or raisins).
- Roast again for 10 mins or until the Brussels Sprouts are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
- While they are roasting, make a Balsamic Glaze by cooking down Balsamic vinegar and maple syrup in a saucepan until reduced in half.
- When done, drizzle this balsamic glaze over the Brussels sprouts and give them a good toss. Enjoy!
