Brie is my absolute weakness, so whenever I can enjoy it, count me in! I had some fun jazzing up the classic grilled cheese by air frying it, stacking creamy brie, crisp apples, and adding in some delightful caramelized onions. This sandwich is pure deliciousness—a cozy delight for those chilly days when you need something to warm you up. I hope you love this brie apple grilled cheese as much as I do! This is optional, but can save a lot of time.
