Grain-Free Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 111 Egg
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Maldon Sea Salt Flakes, for garnish

- Lightly grease an 8-inch oven-safe skillet with coconut oil. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the cookie mix as directed on the bag using the ½ cup of butter, 1 egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until the cookie dough is smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly into the skillet.
- Bake the cookie for 30-35 minutes. The edges should be lightly browned but the center should be slightly jiggly.
- Garnish the cookie with flakey sea salt and several scoops of vanilla ice cream. Serve warm for best enjoyment!
