Rocky Road Overnight Weetbix
The most delicious high protein breakfast! It’s easy, meal prep friendly and tastes just like dessert for breakfast!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Weetabix
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almond Milk
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 25 grams25 grams25 grams Milk Chocolate
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Mini Marshmallows
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Graham Crackers, crushed
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Gummy Worms

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl, mix weetbix and milk until combined and place in the fridge whilst making yogurt layer.
- In a seperate bowl, stir together yogurt and cacao powder until combined and evenly spread over weetbix.
- Ina small bowl, microwave chocolate melts in 30 second intervals until melted.
- Add in chopped lollies, marshmallows, crushed biscuit and stir until combined.
- Pour rocky road layer over top and place in the fridge for at least an hour (or overnight). Enjoy!!
