Cottage Cheese Protein Cookie Dough
This delicious cottage cheese cookie dough is the perfect snack/dessert for all my sweet tooth out there! It is single-serve, only needs 4 ingredients and comes together in less than 5 mins!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Almond Flour, can sub for oat/coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein Powder (Macro Mike), use code AMB-CHENOA
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips, or as many as your heart desires

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix cottage cheese, flour and protein powder together in a bowl until a dough forms (may need to add 1-2tbsp of liquid if a bit dry).
- Stir in chocolate chips & enjoy!
Notes
If not eating straight away, store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
