This delicious cottage cheese cookie dough is the perfect snack/dessert for all my sweet tooth out there! It is single-serve, only needs 4 ingredients and comes together in less than 5 mins!

  1. Mix cottage cheese, flour and protein powder together in a bowl until a dough forms (may need to add 1-2tbsp of liquid if a bit dry).
  2. Stir in chocolate chips & enjoy!
