Quiona Key Lime Tabbouleh (GF/DF/Soy Free)
Tabbouleh is a versatile dish, which can be enjoyed as a meal or a side. In my gluten free version, I replaced bulgur with quinoa and added a fresh key lime twist. This dish sings with bright bursts of flavor and color!
Ingredients

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Green Onion (Scallion), chopped
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Diced Tomatoes, fresh (not canned)
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Mint Leaves, chopped
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Parsley, chopped
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Key Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Garlic Salt
