Dill Pickle Ranch Chicken Salad
I absolutely LOVE Chicken Salad of any kind but this Dill Pickle Ranch version has to be my #1 favorite! Easy to throw together and store in the fridge for a quick lunch, this is perfect to add to your Meal Prep rotation!
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups2.5 cups2.5 cups Rotisserie Chicken, chopped
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Dill Pickle Juice
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pickles - Grillo's
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Red Onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Primal Palate Organic Garden Ranch Seasoning Mix

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Remove all meat from Rotisserie Chicken and roughly chop.
- In a bowl, add Mayo, Mustard, Lemon Juice, Pickle Juice, Ranch Seasoning and mix.
- Add chopped Dill Pickles, Red Onion and Chicken to the bowl and combine.
- Serve with your favorite crackers, on top of a leafy green salad or in a sandwich!
- Enjoy!

*If you don't have Lemon Juice, use 2 Tbs Pickle Juice instead!
