I absolutely LOVE Chicken Salad of any kind but this Dill Pickle Ranch version has to be my #1 favorite! Easy to throw together and store in the fridge for a quick lunch, this is perfect to add to your Meal Prep rotation!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Remove all meat from Rotisserie Chicken and roughly chop.
  2. In a bowl, add Mayo, Mustard, Lemon Juice, Pickle Juice, Ranch Seasoning and mix.
  3. Add chopped Dill Pickles, Red Onion and Chicken to the bowl and combine.
  4. Serve with your favorite crackers, on top of a leafy green salad or in a sandwich!
  5. Enjoy!

Notes

*If you don't have Lemon Juice, use 2 Tbs Pickle Juice instead!
