Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Cut the string cheese into 1-inch cubes and set them aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic, and Parmesan. Add some salt and pepper to taste and stir everything until it’s well combined.
  3. Take about 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture and roll it into a small ball. Press a cheese cube into the center and wrap the meat around it to seal. Repeat with the remaining meat and cheese.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, then set them aside.
  5. Wipe the skillet clean, then pour in the Sturdy Sauce Marinara. Add the meatballs back in, spoon some sauce over them, and cover the skillet. Let them simmer for about 12 minutes, until they’re cooked through and the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve the meatballs warm, garnished with extra parsley and Parmesan if you like. Enjoy!
