- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pascha 100% Cacao Organic Vegan Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Peanuts, chopped
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt

- Line a small baking dish or sheet with parchment paper.
- Pit and slice the Medjool dates. Spread evenly on the parchment paper to create the base layer pressing firmly to flatten
- Add Peanut Butter Layer
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the date layer.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top for added flavor.
- Place the bark in the freezer for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate is firm and the layers are set.
- Once set, remove from the freezer, break into bite-sized squares or bars, and enjoy!
- Keep in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer for up to two weeks.
