Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole organic Apple, chopped small
- 0.666 cup0.666 cup0.666 cup Hu Dark Chocolate Gems, or chocolate chips, melted
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Milk, dairy free or regular
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

- Melt the chocolate until smooth.
- Mix your caramel ingredients and microwave for 15-20 seconds to take the chill off.
- Mix the cut apples with the caramel and chocolate and scoop clusters onto a parchment or wax paper lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 15 min.
- Can store in fridge (up to a week) or freezer (up to 2 months)!
