Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Cook the green beans according to the package or however you want.
  2. Cook the ā€œbool kogiā€ in the air fryer at 400 F for 16-20 min, flipping halfway or until itā€™s fully cooked and the edges are charred. If you can grill it, definitely do that!
  3. Cook the fried rice according to the package.
  4. Make a fried egg.
  5. Assemble the bowl by layering the fried rice, beef, green beans, kimchi, and fried egg. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.

Notes

If you want a healthier take on this one, swap the fried rice for hearts of palm rice.
