Beef Bool Kogi Fried Rice Bowl

- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Green Beans
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Vegetable Fried Rice - Trader Joe's
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Kimchi
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Green Onion (Scallion)

- Cook the green beans according to the package or however you want.
- Cook the ābool kogiā in the air fryer at 400 F for 16-20 min, flipping halfway or until itās fully cooked and the edges are charred. If you can grill it, definitely do that!
- Cook the fried rice according to the package.
- Make a fried egg.
- Assemble the bowl by layering the fried rice, beef, green beans, kimchi, and fried egg. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
Notes
If you want a healthier take on this one, swap the fried rice for hearts of palm rice.
