  1. Set oven to 350F
  2. In a small bowl whisk together eggs, almond milk, salt/pepper/garlic and oregano together.
  3. Add the noodles to a greased baking dish and pour egg mixture over the noodles.
  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella add the sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and top with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Serve hot!
