Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a medium sized frying pan, add the ground beef.
  2. Brown the ground beef over medium low heat.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all of the seasonings.
  4. Add the seasonings and the salsa to the ground beef. Mix well until fully combined.
  5. In a medium sized saucepan add the heavy cream. Heat on low until the cream is hot.
  6. Add the cream cheese and whisk until melted and fully combined.
  7. Add the shredded cheese and mix until melted and fully combined.
  8. Add the ground beef mixture and the bell peppers. Mix well until heated through and fully combined.
  9. Add the cilantro and serve! Enjoy!
