One-Skillet Tangerine Marinated Chicken Thighs (Edit recipe)

This incredibly juicy chicken is lifted by the bright citrus notes of our Kosterina Tangerine Crushed Fruit Vinegar. With a perfectly golden & crispy skin, this chicken is sure to be a family favorite. Enjoy!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Pat chicken thighs dry and lightly season with salt
  2. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine
  3. Pour the marinade over chicken thighs, combine and let rest for 30 mins
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  5. In a cast iron skillet, on medium-high, add 1 Tbsp Kosterina Everyday Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  6. Once hot, sear chicken thighs, skin side down until golden brown & slightly crispy, about 8 mins
  7. Flip and nestle in orange slices, shallots, olives & thyme sprigs around the chicken thighs
  8. Place the cast iron skillet in the oven and cook for 10 mins
  9. Remove and baste chicken in all the delicious fat drippings
  10. Add back to the oven and cook for 10 more minutes or until chicken is cooked through
