- 222 Graham Crackers
- 6 Tbsp6 Tbsp6 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix all the energy ball ingredients together. Roll into balls and set aside on parchment paper.
- Take your Gingerbread Energy Bites and line them up 3 in a row and insert a cake pop stick through the middle of them until it reaches the top ball without going through the top.
- Dip your cake pop stick into the melted white chocolate. Decorate with pretzel arms, mini chocolate chip eyes and buttons, a mango nose, and apply a dotted smile with a toothpick inserted into the melted milk chocolate. Add a scarf by placing one fruit roll strip one way, and then dip another into chocolate and criss-cross it over the first one.
- Place in the freezer for 10+ minutes, and enjoy!
