When I say this is the EASIEST appetizer you'll make this holiday season, I mean it! These crostini came together in under 20 minutes and were a hit with my family at Thanksgiving. Customize the toppings and garnish to make them your own. Provecho, amigos!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat and cook frozen baguette at 375 degrees F for 14-17 minutes.
  2. In a food processor or large bowl, whip ricotta until smooth with honey.
  3. Once baguettes are thoroughly warmed (about 15 minutes) remove from heat and slice into small medallions. Place medallions in oven once more for about 2-3 minutes till your baguettes is golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from oven and add whipped honey ricotta.
  5. Garnish with pancetta, rosemary, or pomegranate.
