Whipped Ricotta Crostini
When I say this is the EASIEST appetizer you'll make this holiday season, I mean it! These crostini came together in under 20 minutes and were a hit with my family at Thanksgiving. Customize the toppings and garnish to make them your own. Provecho, amigos!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Gluten and Grain Free Baguette - Against the Grain, Rosemary or Plain Baguettes work great!

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Ricotta
- 0.25 - 0.333 cup0.25 - 0.333 cup0.25 - 0.333 cup Honey

- 1 - 2 sprigs1 - 2 sprigs1 - 2 sprigs Rosemary, Fresh

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pancetta, Diced & cooked well
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pomegranate

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat and cook frozen baguette at 375 degrees F for 14-17 minutes.
- In a food processor or large bowl, whip ricotta until smooth with honey.
- Once baguettes are thoroughly warmed (about 15 minutes) remove from heat and slice into small medallions. Place medallions in oven once more for about 2-3 minutes till your baguettes is golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and add whipped honey ricotta.
- Garnish with pancetta, rosemary, or pomegranate.
