- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup, Or honey
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, Vegan greek style yogurt if needed
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Cream

- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Vanilla Protein Powder, 2 scoops

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lemon, Zest and remaining

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Spirulina Powder, Blue

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Zest your lemon
- Then slice up the remaining part of the lemon, discarding the ends
- Blend everything together until smooth
- Pour into silicone tray and freeze for 1 hour-2 until hard (optional for thick blizzard style. Otherwise it will be thinner smoothie like)
- Place those in the blender and blend. You may need to scrape the sides in between blends. Can add a splash of coconut milk to help break it up if necessary
- Pour into 2-3 glasses and enjoy!
