Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Make Cookie dough
- Grease hands with cooking spray and roll cookie dough into about 1 tsp sized balls. Place in freezer
- Make brownie batter, roll into balls, then take each ball and flatten, place your solid cookie dough ball inside, then fold brownie dough around the cookie dough
- Place in the freezer while you melt your chocolate
- Melt and slightly cool chocolate
- Make sure your balls are cold, then dip in chocolate, place on parchment paper, and place sprinkles on top
- If your balls are cold the chocolate should harden right away
- If not, place balls back in the fridge until chocolate is hard
- Enjoy!
- Store in fridge
Notes
All protein powders good moisture different. Start with 4 tbsp and move up to 6 to get a smooth, but not sticky or crumbly dough that easily rolls into a ball
