Feta Bruschetta (Gluten-Free)

- 4 sprigs4 sprigs4 sprigs Basil, Fresh

- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Feta Cheese
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Organic Balsamic Glaze, To taste

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Black Pepper

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Salt

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Garlic Powder

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Slice your baguette on the diagonal and place on a baking sheet.
- Slice the end off a clove of garlic and rub the garlic on the baguette slices.
- Drizzle some olive oil on the baguette and put into the oven until crisp, about 8-10 minutes.
- Wash and prep your cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and fresh garlic.
- Quarter your tomatoes, rough chop basil, and chop garlic and toss in a bowl.
- Add in two large handfuls of block feta, crumbled.
- Pour in ~¼-⅓ cup of olive oil and ~1½ Tbs of balsamic glaze.
- Crack some black pepper, sprinkle some salt, and add a bit more garlic powder.
- Mix your bruschetta mixture together; if it’s too sweet from the tomatoes, add in some more balsamic glaze.
- Once your baguette slices have cooled, top with the bruschetta mixture.
- When the bruschetta are assembled, drizzle lightly with more olive oil, balsamic glaze, and a pinch of salt to serve.
