Homemade Electrolyte Water
Electrolytes are so important for proper hydration, which we all need. There are a lot of good powders out there, OR you can make your own fresh at home with real fruit infused for flavor.
Ingredients
- 1.25 cup1.25 cup1.25 cup Ice Water
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Natural Calm Magnesium Powder, Raspberry Lemon
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Real Salt - Redmond
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Water
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Strawberries, chopped
- 6 whole6 whole6 whole Cherries, Fresh, pitted and halved
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine the water, magnesium, salt and lemon juice and whisk well to combine. I like to use a milk frother.
- Add the coconut water, and fruit and mix well to combine. Stir well and allow to sit in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to let the fruit flavors infuse a bit.
- Add some ice if desired and stir well. Enjoy!
