- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Dark Chocolate Gems - Hu, melted
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almonds (Blanched), Slivered, or whole, chopped

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mini Marshmallows

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Almond Butter

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Real Salt - Redmond

- Blend cottage cheese, melted chocolate, salt, and almond butter until smooth (it will be thick and will take a few times to get it mixed).
- Add almonds and marshmallows and stir together.
- Pour mixture in a parchment lined 8x8 pan and freeze for 1-2 hours before cutting into squares.
- Store in freezer and let thaw for a few minutes before eating.
Notes
If you think this needs to be sweeter, you can add some granulated sugar of choice (start with 1 tbs) or extra chocolate chips.
