Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bars

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pumpkin Spice - Just Ingredients Protein Powder, or vanilla
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Pumpkin Purée
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Peanut Butter
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Coconut Flour
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Milk, dairy free or regular
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Hu Dark Chocolate Gems, or dark chocolate chips

- In a food processor, process everything up until the chocolate chips until smooth.
- Line a loaf pan or 8x8 pan with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking oil and press the mixture evenly into the pan.
- Place in the freezer to set (around 15-20 min) and cut into slices. You can store in the freezer (thaw for a few minutes before eating) or the fridge (for a softer texture).
