- In a Dutch oven cook the chicken in oil on medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
- Add vegetables and seasonings. Stir and cook for 8-10 minutes stirring periodically.
- Add the broths and pasta. Stir and let cook about 10 minutes. Stir periodically.
- Check pasta to ensure it is soft, if not cook another 1-2 minutes.
Notes
You can add other vegetables like zucchini, green onion, or fennel.
