Notes
Add more protein based on age! If this is for you, add a whole scoop of course. For my 10 month old, she doesn’t need as much so I only gave her two tablespoons. The coconut water is very hydrating for anyone! I love giving it to my kids, especially when they are feeling sick because it’s so great for their bodies!
