Homemade Pouches
We all know how expensive pouches can be for the kids. But do you know that it’s an expensive to make them at home? And they’re so easy to make. we buy them for convenience, but we also love to make them. And when I make them, I make sure that they are packed with wholesome ingredients. When the kids are not watching me make them I had everything I can to them. Here are three easy recipes to start out with!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Applesauce, Unsweetened
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Peaches
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Applesauce, Unsweetened
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Blueberries
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Applesauce, Unsweetened
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In your immersion blender, add your ingredients. When together until it becomes creamy. Pour into the reusable pouches. Let them enjoy.
Notes
These should last 3 to 5 days in the fridge, depending on the fruit you use. An immersion blender is preferred over a regular blender because regular blenders will make it more smoothie texture, which will be too runny for the pouches.
