Easy Roast Beef Sliders
Perfect for parties, watching a game or just family get togethers these easy roast beef sliders are quick to make and delicious.
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp6 Tbsp6 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted, softened

- .75 tsp.75 tsp.75 tsp Parsley, Flat Leaf, minced

- 1 clove1 clove1 clove Garlic

- 121212 Slider Buns, Savory, use the dinner rolls NOT the Hawaiian sweet rolls
- .5 lb.5 lb.5 lb Deli Roast Beef, sliced
- 666 Cheddar Cheese, slices

- 3-4 Tbsp3-4 Tbsp3-4 Tbsp Horseradish, Creamy Sauce (Use more or less depending on your preferred spice level.)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Pre-heat the oven to 400℉.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Soften the butter slightly in a microwave and then add the fresh minced parsley and the minced garlic clove. Mix and set aside.
- Cut the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom buns onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Top the bottom slider buns with pieces of the sliced roast beef (break the roast beef into pieces, don't use the whole slice) covering all the buns.
- Add the sliced cheddar cheese on top of the roast beef.
- Flip the top part of the slider buns over (so it's the inside) and spread with the horseradish cream adding more or less depending on how spicy you like it.
- Flip the top slider buns and top the sandwich.
- Spread the top of the slider buns with the softened butter/garlic mixture. Then cover the buns with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the the cheese is fully melted. Then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the top is lightly browned.
Notes
This recipe is for 6 -12 people depending on how many sliders each person takes. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Warm gently in the microwave.
