Apple & Peach Crumble
This warm, jammy crumble is the perfect mix of soft, caramelized fruit and crispy, buttery topping. Sweet apples and juicy peaches are infused with cinnamon, ginger, and a touch of lemon for brightness. The golden crumble topping adds crunch, making every bite irresistible. You can add any summery fruits!

Fruit Filling

- 250 grams250 grams250 grams Strawberries, optional
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Granulated White Sugar

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 50 grams50 grams50 grams Butter, Unsalted

- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Lemon, juiced

Crumble Topping
- 150 grams150 grams150 grams Butter, Unsalted, cold, diced

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Granulated White Sugar

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Brown Sugar

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Dice the apples and peaches and place them in your dish to test it is enough – they will reduce by 1/3
- To cook the fruit, in a saucepan, cook apples with white & brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, lemon juice, and ginger until tender when poked with a fork. To speed up this process you can add ¼ cup water and cover for 8 minutes.
- Add peaches and cook for 5 more minutes. Stir in strawberries, if using, then remove from heat. Transfer into pie dish.
- To make the crumble, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt, in a bowl. Add diced cold butter and rub it in with your fingers until crumbly. I like to press pieces together to make large crumble pieces as well.
- Top with crumble mixture, pressing some pieces together for larger clusters. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm with ice cream or yogurt.
