Rigatoni with Chicken and Vodka Sauce

Ingredients
- 333 Chicken Breasts, Boneless Skinless, Cut into 1” Slices
- 444 Garlic, Cloves, Minced
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Basil, Dried
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Oregano, Dried
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Avocado Oil
- 333 Garlic, Cloves, Minced
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Onion, Diced
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Tomato, Grape
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vodka, Gluten Free
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Tomato Paste
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Oregano, Dried
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Rigatoni Pasta, Reserve 1/3 Cup Pasta Water

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Marinate the chicken. Mix all ingredients together and add the chicken.
- In a medium sized pan, make the vodka sauce. Add oil, garlic, onions, and tomatoes and sauté on medium heat. Simmer until tomatoes are soft. Blend until almost smooth or desired consistency with an immersion blender.
- Add vodka, tomato paste, Italian, oregano, crushed red pepper, and salt. Mix well and simmer.
- Add Parmesan, cream, and reserved pasta water. Simmer while cooking the chicken.
- In a large skillet add the chicken. Cook over medium heat, flipping once.
- Once chicken is cook through add the sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Mix in the pasta right before serving. Coat pasta evenly with sauce.
