Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Marinate the chicken. Mix all ingredients together and add the chicken.
  2. In a medium sized pan, make the vodka sauce. Add oil, garlic, onions, and tomatoes and sauté on medium heat. Simmer until tomatoes are soft. Blend until almost smooth or desired consistency with an immersion blender.
  3. Add vodka, tomato paste, Italian, oregano, crushed red pepper, and salt. Mix well and simmer.
  4. Add Parmesan, cream, and reserved pasta water. Simmer while cooking the chicken.
  5. In a large skillet add the chicken. Cook over medium heat, flipping once.
  6. Once chicken is cook through add the sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Mix in the pasta right before serving. Coat pasta evenly with sauce.
  8. ENJOY!
