A healthy version of the ballpark classic, sausage and peppers, I've added in lean chicken breast, hearty potatoes and plenty of peppers and onions in this easy slow cooker dinner recipe.

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on Low for 3-4 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Remove chicken and slice it on a cutting board before serving with the potatoes, peppers and onions. Garnish with fresh oregano if you wish.
