Five Spice Steak Kelp Noodle Soup
You are going to love this one for a super flavorful, cozy, and quick soup!
It is super nutrient dense, rich in protein, collagen, vitamins, iodine, and calcium 🙂
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Onion, diced
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Carrots, diced
- 4 cloves4 cloves4 cloves Garlic, minced

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ginger Root, minced

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Shiitake Mushrooms, diced
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Kelp Noodles, 1 package
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp White Miso Paste

- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Bone Broth, I used Five Spice Fond Bone Broth

- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Beef Ribeye Steak - US Wellness Meats, any steak cooked and diced

- 1 bunch1 bunch1 bunch Green Onion (Scallion), diced

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To prepare kelp noodles, rinse, add to a bowl and cover with water. Add 1 tbsp baking soda and lemon juice to soften noodles. Once soft, drain and set aside
- In a large pot* over medium heat, add the carrots and onion. Sauté for 3 minutes
- Add ginger, garlic, mushroom. Cook for 5 minutes
- Add in miso and coconut aminos and mix into the veggies
- Add broth, bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes
- Add steak and noodles, simmer for 2 minutes
- Top with green onion and enjoy🤍
