Process

  1. Base: In a bowl/container, combine weetbix, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon, and flatten out.
  2. Yoghurt Layer: Mix yoghurt and protein powder in a bowl until smooth. Spread over weetbix base.
  3. Sticky Date Caramel Sauce: Blend soaked medjool dates with almond butter and milk until smooth. Spread over yoghurt layer.
  4. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 15 mins), top with flaky sea salt and enjoy!
