Chicken Caprese Bale

Ingredients

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Basil Pesto
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Buffalo Mozzarella, Sliced
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Tomato, Cherry

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- 2. Coat your chicken in the pesto sauce and place in your baking dish.

- 5. Top with the mozzarella cheese and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until your chicken is 165 degrees internally
