Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat the oven to 375° and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the ground chicken, egg, seasonings, buffalo seasoning, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese. Mix to just combine all ingredients (this works better when using your hands - a trick is to use four fingers and a rake to "rake" the ingredients together).
  3. Once the meat has come together, form meatballs with your hands (about two tbsp of meat per meatball).
  4. Place on the baking sheet and sprinkle a little more of the buffalo seasoning right on top. Bake for 30 minutes and toss in your favorite hot sauce.
