This easy Strawberry Greek Yogurt Protein Jello Mousse is a light, creamy, and protein-packed dessert that’s low carb, sugar-free, and gluten-free. Perfect for a healthy treat!
Ingredients
- 111 Strawberry Jello Mix, sugar-free
- 1.25 cup1.25 cup1.25 cup Hot Water, boiling
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, 0%
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Put the sugar-free jello powder into a large bowl.
- Add one cup of boiling water to the bowl.
- Stir the mixture really well until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Let the jello cool down at room temperature (don’t put it in the fridge yet).
- When it’s cool, add the Greek yogurt and mix it all together.
- Put the bowl in the fridge and let it set for 2-3 hours.
- Serve with fresh strawberry slices and whipped cream on top.
