Fresh Cucumber Martnis
A refreshing summer cocktail to tantalize your taste buds! This cocktail is easy to make and is always a hit at dinner and cocktail parties!
Ingredients
- 2 oz2 oz2 oz Gin
- 2 oz2 oz2 oz Cucumber, Juice (see below)
- 1 oz1 oz1 oz Simple Syrup

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, Fresh, Fresh
- 1 sprig1 sprig1 sprig Mint Leaves, Fresh (plus one leaf for garnish)

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cucumber, (peeled seeded and, chopped
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Water

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
Make the cucumber juice
- Blend the cucumber with water in a blender until smooth.
- Strain the puree through a fine strainer into a glass jar or bowl. Discard the pulp left behind and reserve the juice for the cocktail.
To make the cucumber martini
- In a martini shaker, combine ice, gin, cucumber water, simple syrup, lemon juice, and fresh mint. Shake vigorously until cold. Strain into a martini glass, and garnish with a mint leaf and a slice of cucumber, if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
MAKE-AHEAD: Make the cucumber juice in advance, and keep it cool in the refrigerator, for up to 3 days before serving. SERVING: Chill the martini glass for a few minutes in the freezer or add ice to the martini glass while you make the cocktail.
