Easy Fish and Potato Fritters
I love fritters with simple rice/fried rice and baked beans.
Here's how you can make it and take it anywhere.
Ingredients
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Herb Salt

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Black Pepper

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Chili Flakes

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Mashed Potatoes (click for recipe)

- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces Smoked Whitefish

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. Boil/steam 1 potato and mash it
- 2. Steam any fish of your choice and mash it
- 3. Now, add mashed fish into mashed potato and put 1 pinch of salt or as required, 1 pinch of chili flakes and black pepper.
- 4. If you like sauces you can add any sauce according to your taste.
- 5. Mix it all together, make round shapes and just put into an air fryer.
