Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a large bowl, whisk your olive (or avocado) oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh lemon juice and sea salt.
  2. Roughly chop your frisée and add to your bowl of vinaigrette.
  3. Toss your carrots and smoked whitefish (remove skin and bones, if it has any) in your salad and then pour it all on your serving plate.
  4. Arrange the orange slices on your salad and garnish with fresh cilantro.
