Triple Chocolate Muffins

These fluffy, indulgent Triple Chocolate Muffins are about to become your new favorite breakfast staple. With only a few minutes required for prep time, they are super easy to throw together in a pinch. My personal favorite is to toss them in the oven after I come home from the gym in the morning. I can go about my business and get ready for the day, and voila! Less than 30 minutes later, I’m showered, dressed, and breakfast is hot and ready. Once you try these, you’ll never want to go back to eggs and oatmeal ever again.
Ingredients
- 40 grams40 grams40 grams Oat Flour

- 50 grams50 grams50 grams Banana, Mashed
- 20 grams20 grams20 grams Chocolate Protein Powder
- 10 grams10 grams10 grams Cocoa Powder

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 5 fl oz5 fl oz5 fl oz Almond Milk
- 25 grams25 grams25 grams Powdered Chocolate Peanut Butter with Cocoa - PB2

- 1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl and add milk until you reach a thick pancake-batter consistency
- 2. Pour into cupcake molds or directly into a greased muffin tin
- 3. Bake on 375 for 25-28 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean
- 4. Top with Chocolate PB2 mixed with water to desired consistency
