Simple Sheet Pancakes
This simple recipe calls for minimal ingredients and is perfect for meal prepping during your busy weeks. The kids loved these! I just called it cake and they ate it right up. Go figure!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Whole Milk
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Blueberries

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease an 8x8 brownie pan. Set aside.
- In a blender, add your banana, egg, milk and maple syrup. Blend until it’s all mixed together. Pour into the greased pan.
- Add in flour and baking powder. Whisk with a fork.
- Top with blueberries (or chocolate chips, or anything your kids would like).
- Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Slice, drizzle in syrup and enjoy!
